Since I'm at home with my hubby for his first day off in about fourteen or so, I'll leave you with a token post. A while back after my "penis building" posting, there were a few inquiries on its status after dark. To answer your questions, NO, it does NOT light up at night. I agree, that would have been totally awesome to see in Doha's after hours skyline, but we'll somehow manage without an electric penis.
