Coming Home

Our trip is coming to a close. We have to head to the airport in just a few short hours. We're set to leave Doha at 12:30 a.m. with a stop in Frankfurt, Germany (a shout out to Jen, who's in the area!) & then on to Houston arriving at 1:40pm. Our ready & able ride is meeting us at the airport...thanks, Avis....er, Regina!! We're excited to come home, but maybe even more excited to return to Doha. So much more to discover, since Kristi & I have learned to navigate the roundabouts as a team, which means "we own this town, now"! David couldn't believe all the places we went to today on our own. It really was an adventure. Looking forward to more in the future. Thanks for all your wonderful comments & emails. They really were the highlights of my days. All of my blog junkies have an open invitation to visit. Our hotel/guest room is at your disposal with all the trimmings seen at your local Holiday Inn. You know the curtains, bedspreads & carpet I'm talking about. Yep, that's Qatar's idea of modern living...American hotels. Signing off with all our love. See y'all soon!
