Our five year adventure in Doha, Qatar ended June 1, 2012, but the memories will always remain. It's back to Texas where I have decided...Qatar isn't cornering the market on "quirky", as I once believed. Thanks for opening my eyes to the world, Doha!

Squatters Beware

As I've been ignoring my blog and instead spending my days on Amazon for all my Christmas shopping needs, David did a little scouting for me while in Saudi Arabia. He's found that they don't take kindly to squatters in the Kingdom ...

I wonder what the penalty for illegal squatting is?

    Believe it or not, Dennis used to tell me about finding boot prints on the toilet seats at the plant. Seems there are those who don't exactly know what to do with it!!
