Dashing Diva
Ran across yet another new salon under construction in Doha today. You read right, this one is NOT a saloon. It's the Dashing Diva Nail Spa & Salon. Where do they get these names, anyway? Can't wait to dash through that hand and come out a diva. I'll be sure to post pics.

ReplyDeleteI've actually passed this salon many times now and every time I pass it I can't help but remember this post you made and I laugh! :) It still seems to be under construction though and today I saw them working on it at night after I visited another new salon really close by called Princesses Salon (http://alittleoryx.blogspot.com/2012/02/real-moroccan-bath-house-new-best-salon.html). Thought you might be interested since not only is it also new (and good so far!), but they have built a real Moroccan bath house inside the villa--crazy and totally new for Doha!

I am so looking forward to checking this new place out. I'm forever sneaking into these free standing "saloon" villas to get a "menu". The pics on your post looks like this one might have an edge on ambiance. Giving it a try this week! THANKS!
ReplyDeleteHope you like it! I've been really enjoying everything there so far. Yes, you're right that the atmosphere in this salon is nicer than most with really cool but not tacky interior design. Just another plus to the really good quality of the services. :)
