Our five year adventure in Doha, Qatar ended June 1, 2012, but the memories will always remain. It's back to Texas where I have decided...Qatar isn't cornering the market on "quirky", as I once believed. Thanks for opening my eyes to the world, Doha!

The Moment of Truth

Kristi & I picked up our works of art yesterday at Cafe Ceramique. Here are the pre & post firing pics. I'll let the final products speak for themselves. Okay, so maybe Van Gogh doesn't have to look out. We don't care...we had fun, anyway :)

    i love it! you're black is not too overwhelming like you said...and kristi's is still precious! for first timers, i think we did a pretty alright job :) guess we'll have to go back again and again until we can perfect our works of art!!

    ps. don't forget to bring mine home...i will be really really sad if you don't!
