Our five year adventure in Doha, Qatar ended June 1, 2012, but the memories will always remain. It's back to Texas where I have decided...Qatar isn't cornering the market on "quirky", as I once believed. Thanks for opening my eyes to the world, Doha!

Beam Me Up Scotty!



Usually if I have a picture, I can write a story. These pics leave me speechless as to why these tenants in the Pink Villas feel the need to have their satellite dish so high in the sky. Your guess is as good as mine.

    For some reason the satelite dish in your picture is aimed at the ground and not at the sky. That really makes no sense....
