Our five year adventure in Doha, Qatar ended June 1, 2012, but the memories will always remain. It's back to Texas where I have decided...Qatar isn't cornering the market on "quirky", as I once believed. Thanks for opening my eyes to the world, Doha!

A Day in History

It's history in the making. Today at noon, Barrack H. Obama will be sworn in as the 44th president of the United States of America. It will be an unprecedented event no matter what side of the aisle you are on. This will be the day that you, your children, or your grandchildren (how old are you people?!) tell their children about. Let us put away all past bickering and fighting that all campaigns bring, and pray that President Obama will be a leader with great integrity and fortitude. Peace.

I thought this was a pretty cool presentation of the 44 U.S. Presidents morphing into one another. Thanks, Aunt Marge, for sharing.

Footnote to "She" that is always worried about my music...I decided to forgo it today, since the post was short and there is music with the Youtube. Ok, sis?
